When you can get your fix of Chocolate Stout, Salted Egg Yolk and Onion ice cream, you can have it good without playing it safe at Tom’s Palette – at least not all the time.

Besides serving wacky and uncommon flavours, Tom’s Palette specialises in creating premium-grade ice cream out of everyday ingredients.

There is ice cream made from popping candy (Melt ‘n’ Sizzle), Chinese herbal fruit (Luo Han Guo), floral tea (Lavender) and even a range of sorbets made from chocolate, red wine and white wine.

A homemade ice cream shop that has been making ice cream from scratch using eggs, milk, cream and sugar since 2005, Tom’s Palette creates one new flavour of ice cream a month. It also conducts weekly ice cream making lessons.
