This year, we've recreated four classic Christmas recipes into gelato!
Chocolate Pudding: dark chocolate gelato packed with fruitcake, marshmallows, and peanuts.
Eggnog: madagascar vanilla and rum gelato, with hints of cinnamon, cloves, five spice and nutmeg.
Gingerbread Cheese: gingerbread cream cheese gelato crammed with generous helpings of pecan graham crust.
White Christmas: mint gelato swirled with melted candy cane.

This decadent parfait features responsibly sourced single-estate Asian chocolate, crafted into a 64% Dark Chocolate Soft Serve from Panchor, Malaysia, as well as a 72% Dark Chocolate Brownie from Davao City, Philippines.
It’s brought together with Raspberry Espuma, Hazelnut Croquant, Rice Krispies, and an optional splash of Rum.
