One of the most 'gao' Durian gelatos in the market is back. In each tub, the amount of flesh that we use is approximately equivalent to a 1.2kg Durian with the husk on.
We aren't able to produce a large quantity because of the amount of work involved, so there are only a limited number of tubs for sale.
Please be advised that we will be using Frozen Mao Shan Wang Durian instead of the fresh fruit, as we wanted to make the price point more accessible for everyone. It's not as mind-blowing as the Fresh Durian version (which is typically priced at $50nett per tub), but we still think it's a fantastic product!
Dairy & Eggs
Our takeaway tubs are 650ml (21oz), and equivalent to 5 to 7 of our small cups.
We don't add any stabilisers to our products, so the flavour of our gelato tends to change after time. We recommend consuming your ice cream within three weeks for optimal freshness.
All our gelato is made in-house and only with natural ingredients. We take pride in the quality of our products, and don't use artificial flavouring, pre-mixes or stabilisers.

When you get your ice cream, do take off the lid and keep it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. We use compressed foam for our takeaway tubs, so it will be hard for the ice cream to freeze back up with the lid on. You can close the tub afterwards!
