This boozy gelato is crafted with our housemade rum and raisin paste, made by blanching and soaking raisins in rum for a month. We then add the aged paste into our custard and layer it with generous handfuls of rum-soaked raisins.

Our takeaway tubs are 650ml (21oz), equivalent to 7 cups.



We don't add any preservatives to our products, so the flavour of our gelato tends to change after time. We recommend consuming your ice cream within three weeks for optimal freshness.


All our gelato is made in-house and only with natural ingredients. We take pride in the quality of our products, and don't use pre-mixes or artificial flavouring.

When you get your ice cream, do take off the lid and keep it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. We use compressed foam for our takeaway tubs, so it will be hard for the ice cream to freeze back up with the lid on. You can close the tub afterwards!
