Born in 2005 from our love and passion for ice cream, Tom’s Palette was best known for colouring outside the culinary lines.

We were constantly challenging the perception of what made gelato great, and our library of 260 flavours featured both classics and unorthodox creations, including Salted Egg Yolk, Nasi Lemak and Mango Sticky Rice.

​

Our philosophy revolved around fresh and raw ingredients, and every tub, pint or cup was always handmade without the addition of colouring, premixes, or artificial flavouring.

​​

In 2026, we chose to wind up the brand as the increase in rent and general costs, far outpaced any increase revenue in we could have managed without taking on significant business and financial risk.

Thank you for 21 years of memories. We are eternally grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of your life, be it the significant milestones or the mundane days.

We will miss seeing your faces the most, and will always carry these precious memories with us as we move on to a new chapter of our lives.
