WHAT IS INCLUDED

  1. Rights to the Brand
    The Tom's Palette brand will be yours to steer in whichever direction you like.​
     

  2. Over 250 Recipes
    We don't count things like Chocolate Mint and Chocolate Mint Chip as 2 different recipes. What we have are fully unique recipes, including experimental ones like Soya Sauce, Curry Apple, and Nasi Lemak.
     

  3. Social Media Accounts and Website
    Of course, we'll hand over the keys to the social media accounts that we've built up over the years.

NEGOTIABLES

  1. Book Value
    The cash holdings, equipment, and other tangible assets reflected in the balance sheet will be calculated separately
     

  2. Staff Contracts
    It will be up to you to negotiate new staff contracts individually with our current team.
