Our modern take on the heritage dessert. This Soya Bean Gelato has little chunks of Youtiao, or fried Dough Fritters.
Just like the traditional Dou Jiang Youtiao, we love having this gelato for breakfast and supper, or at any time of the day really!

Our takeaway tubs are 650ml (21oz)
We don't add any preservatives to our products, so the flavour of our gelato tends to change after time. We recommend consuming your ice cream within three weeks for optimal freshness.
All our gelato is made in-house and only with natural ingredients. We take pride in the quality of our products, and don't use pre-mixes or artificial flavouring.
Soya Bean Youtiao
When you get your gelato, do take off the lid and keep it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. We use compressed foam for our takeaway tubs, so it will be hard for the gelato to freeze back up with the lid on. You can close the tub afterwards!
