If you haven't heard of us before, don't worry! Here's the low-down on our gelato.

We're a small team that started in 2005, and are best known for our more creative flavours including Salted Egg Yolk, Mango Sticky Rice, and White Chocolate Nori (seaweed).

Our philosophy revolves around fresh and raw ingredients, and every tub or cup is always made from scratch without the addition of artificial flavouring or using premixes.

And no, there's no one called Tom working here :)
